Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy for Neutrika Wellness

At Neutrika Wellness, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • You can return products within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.

  • Opened or used nutraceutical products due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

  • Note: Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order processing begins.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

  • If your order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.

Exchange:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share photos or videos of the product via email for faster resolution.
